Doug DeLuca

Doug DeLuca is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist living in Los Angeles, CA. Born and raised on the East Coast, DeLuca grew up steeped in music. Yet in 2010, with a business degree from the University of Vermont, his dreams of a creative life were nowhere in sight; held back by insecurity, self-comparison, and a fear of failure. His own career on hold, DeLuca wound up supporting other musicians as a member of the industry, joining the marketing team at VEVO in 2013.

After spending a year seeing artists come through the office, he finally mustered up the courage to give it a go himself, and quit his job. He moved to Los Angeles in 2015 to pursue a music career full time.
In 2016, he met producer Louis Bartolini, and the two instantly clicked. Album standout “Good Feeling” was written in one night. The sound they developed as a result of that track, is textured by big backing harmonies, raw instrumental riffs, and an intentionally imperfect live feel - capturing rhythmic elements of the 1950s, ’60s and ’70s soul music.

His first single “Hit Your Mark” was released on September 1, 2017. The video premiered on Grimy Goods and was covered by Buzzbands. Grimy Goods named him an artist to watch in 2018. His follow up single "Gimme Love" was released in January 2018, including sounds by bassist Nate Light (JR Rotem), vocalist VIAA (Anderson Paak, Willow Smith), and guitarist Karl Kerefoot (Lord Huron).
His debut EP, "Hit Your Mark" was released in April 2018.

Blac Rabbit
How Far Music
Blac Rabbit

Born and raised in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn, identical twin brothers Amiri and Rahiem Taylor do not make the type of music that their borough of origin is usually associated with. Growing up in the mecca of hip hop culture, the Taylor brothers had more exposure in their house to pop, funk and soul music from the 60's, 70's and 80's. In high school they taught themselves how to play guitar and write songs based off of the Beatles. After high school they formed Blac Rabbit, bringing in former metal and church drummer Patrick Jones, followed by resident shredder Josh Lugo on bass (and sometimes guitar) to play their original psychedelic rock tunes. Tired of working boring grocery store jobs, Amiri and Rah started performing Beatles covers on the NYC subway, earning some pocket change, slowly building a reputation around the city while also performing their original material in New York's best venues for up and coming acts. On December 23rd, 2017, the band released their debut self-titled EP, which was also self recorded and self mixed. On January 26th, 2018, Rah and Amiri were filmed performing Beatles songs on the train by New York Nico, the "Unofficial talent scout of New York City," who posted the video to his 120K+ followers on Instagram. One of the videos went viral generating over 25M streams, leading to numerous TV and Radio appearances, including The Ellen Degeneres Show. The band also recorded a cover of “Michelle” by the The Beatles for a Gucci ad campaign featuring Harry Styles. Meanwhile Blac Rabbit’s fan base has increased significantly while they have been touring globally and recording their debut full length album, set for release early 2019.

NKLA

As NKLA, Nicolas Lajeunesse blends chilled Hip-Hop beats, lush pads, ambient leads and gritty field recordings to create atmospheric and textured pieces. Heavily influenced by Hip-hop production legends such as J-Dilla, DJ Premier & Dr. Dre, as well as the Lo-fi sound of Bristol's Trip-hop scene in the 90s, he adds his own unique flare using modern production techniques. Lajeunesse started his career producing strictly rap beats for friends, but quickly began experimenting with various genres of electronic music and incorporating them into his style, which continues to flourish as his taste matures. Occasionally he adds his own voice to his productions as well as other vocal samples for added impact.

Danny & His Fantasy
William Cook II
Danny & His Fantasy

Danny is a pop star - hot-burning, fast-falling, a rising sun of the west.  He’s the silver light pooling in concrete moons, teenagers kissing, soft-sifting through tall grass and night clubs. An outcast orphan of the occult, he hears the hopeless hearts scream in the dark for a prince of some plane just outside sanity or reason - an inheritor of movement, a real gift-giver. And mangled hands scramble madly for the hem of his blue jeans bright as the leper cries, “somebody… touch me!”

This is for a night drive to the forgotten mansion, a wasted empire of flat beer and stale fashion.

This is for the ghost dog on lost highway, a vision of Jacob’s.

For the child, still alive, but sleeping in evil’s stupid heart.

This is for the losers and the freaks, the pockmarked beauty queens and the fleeting elite…

This is Danny & His Fantasy.

Formed in a Los Angeles garage in 2012, guitarist Jessica Owen, bassist Beth B and drummer Katie Fern have been creating melodic, hook-driven songs with layered vocal harmonies ever since. Inspired by the likes of The GoGo's and The Primitives, the power-pop trio combine just the right amount of jangle, reverb and driving rhythm to dispense three-minute sweet tarts that are sure to get stuck in your head. Their debut LP 'Never Enough' was released in April 2016 on San Diego's Volar Records to much acclaim. Their follow up EP, 'Tv Girls' is set for release in December 2017 and not to be missed.
